These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fuweex ("Fuweex", "we", "us", or "our") websites, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, the "Site"). 1. Laws and Regulations
Your access to and use of the Site are subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You agree not to violate any such laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Fuweex, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license includes the right to:
- Temporarily store materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
- Store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
- Print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
- Download a single copy of any desktop, mobile, or other application we make available to you for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end-user license agreement for such applications.
You must not:
- Modify copies of any materials from the Site.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or graphics separately from accompanying text without our written permission.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Site.
- Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Site or any services or materials available through the Site without a written agreement with Fuweex.
Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. Trademarks
The FUWEEX name, the FUWEEX logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fuweex or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Fuweex. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights of third parties that may be used on the Site.
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that any material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notification of claimed copyright infringement to: legal@fuweex.com
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Tamper with, alter, or modify any information on the Site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or other technology used in connection with the Site.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any network connected to the Site.
- Use any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to the Site servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site.
7. No Warranties
The information on the Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fuweex does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fuweex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Site.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Fuweex may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we suspect any unauthorized use or security breach.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to websites not controlled by Fuweex. These links are provided for your convenience only. Fuweex does not endorse and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of such websites is at your own risk.
12. Jurisdiction / Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong or Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms or related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong or Ontario, Canada.
13. User Content and Conduct
Fuweex may provide features that allow users to post content. Fuweex prohibits content that it, in its sole discretion, considers illegal, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Fuweex may, but has no obligation to, monitor, restrict, or remove user content.
